Personal data is individual information about your personal or factual circumstances, i.e. data that identifies you or that can be used to establish your identity. We process inventory data as well as contractual data for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and services, § 25 TTDSG para.2 no.2 in conjunction with. Art. 6 para.1 lit. b GDPR.

 

§ 1 Information on the subscription to the Energie-Archiv

For subscription customers, the following data is processed as inventory data: Identification, password, name (business, if applicable), address (business, if applicable), e-mail address (business, if applicable), start date and end date of the subscription, payment frequency, payment method and account details. These data are necessary for the processing of the subscription contract.
